Casual Attire
To start recruitment, CPC will provide you with a shirt to wear. Pictured here are women in last years shirt. Please feel free to wear jeans and comfortable shoes. Sisters usually request you to wear any accessories that express your personality!
Business Casual Attire
Business Casual is what you would wear to a job interview or meeting. Because this is worn on the philanthropy day when you will be doing crafts and may be moving around the chapter room we encourage pants and comfortable shoes. Suggested items include but are not limited to: dress pants, button down shirt, dress top, boat shoes, and flats.
Dressy Attire
Dressy attire is the worn on the most formal day of recruitment, Preference Day. This will where chapter's quickly share with you a glimpse of the formalities of their chapter. Appropriate items for this day include but are not limited to: dress, pant or skirt suit, dress pants and formal top, and heels.
Jeans and a White Shirt
On the final afternoon of recruitment please wear jeans and any white top. This is so you are in neutral colors when you go to get your bid. Then you will be donned with the colors of your sorority!
Whites
New members, sisters, and alumnae of each of our eight College Panhellenic Council sororities practice ceremonies that include a dress code. The most traditional is when the women wear white. Each chapter has their own specificiation for what is permissible according to their ritual. It is advisable to get a white dress and white shoes over winter break as it is often times hard to find things in Farmville.
